DOG DESTINATIONS

Dog Parkology is an original show created by As It Should Be Productions, creators of Dog Save The People and Dog Walk Meditation.

This new podcast highlights dog parks as one of the few enduring “third spaces” essential for communities to thrive. Through expert guest interviews, it will also discuss how dog parks may strengthen our relationships with dogs, neighbors, and the natural world around us.

Dog MOUNTAIN

A one-of-a-kind location in Vermont featuring 150 acres of nature and beauty, along with community programming and gatherings. It has been running for around a quarter of a century following the vision of Stephen Huneck and his wife, Gwen.

HUGH ROGERS WAG PARK

Out in the middle of nature in Montana, with five acres of trails and off-leash play spaces. Leslie Lowe, one of the designers, also made sure to incorporate thoughtful touches that gave animals a chance for great off-leash play, while still considering their humans.

FRANK S. ORTIZ DOG PARK

A large 138 acre park filled with miles of trails to explore with your dog, complete with vast mountain views overlooking Santa Fe, New Mexico.

The off-leash space has no fences but has comfortable perimeter spacing for safety, making it the largest of its kind in the country.
